Double Eating
  • Double Eating

So.. while at Clan Wars, I discovered something interesting. The ability to eat two pieces of food at once image/ohmy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":o" border="0" alt="ohmy.gif" />! Though it's not as amazing as you might think. You still need to carry all the food you're going to eat and can only be done (almost positive) with one type of food: Karambwan.

    Step 1
    img src="http://m2m4m6m8.googlepages.com/food.PNG" border="0" class="linked-image" />

Eat a piece of food as you normally would
(Monkfish used as an example here).

    Step 2
    img src="http://m2m4m6m8.googlepages.com/kar.PNG" border="0" class="linked-image" />

Eat the karambwan directly after and
there will be no delay like with normal
food or potions. You must always eat the
regular food first, or this won't work.

Karambwan heal 18 hp, 2 hp less than a shark. By double eating, you make it harder to be KO-ed and allows you to spend less time healing; more time attacking. Mantas would work best if you're trying to avoid a KO (22+18=40 hp heal in one shot.)

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Q: Is this a glitch?
A: Not sure, however karambwan have been used for attacking&eating in the past, and I don't think it's been changed. However.. I wouldn't brag about how you can eat two things at once in-game. img src="http://www.runeology.org/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/whistling.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":whistling:" border="0" alt="whistling.gif" />

Q: Where can I get karambwan?
A: They can be bought from the exchange (Price at the moment: 660 ea), fished (and cooked) after finishing Tai Bwo Wannai Trio, or can be bought cheaper that the exchange price by moving your house to Brimhaven and making trips to the restaurant to buy them (House -> Restaurant -> Castle Wars -> Repeat).

    Hope this helped. image/m2.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":m2:" border="0" alt="m2.gif" />

I used this for pking before it got destroyed, worked really well, they also used to have (not sure if they still do) no delay when eating, so I used to eat while specing people out.
